Loser or Closer?
In the past couple years, I have always had this idea that someone is not judged by what they have started, but by what they have finished. This is a concept that I have applied to my own life in school, sports, and working on Bayne Lane. Here is a clip from Alec Baldwin in a movie that I was forced to watch when I lost the remote for the TV a few months ago,
He puts it perfectly, you can either be a loser or a closer. A loser might have the most talent and hard work in the world, but he lets perfection get in the way of finishing what's good. A closer, is what anybody can train themselves to be. Not by ending something once they get stuck, but by always finishing something before they move on from it or let it sit. This is all relative to becoming the best version of yourself.
